Karen + Chow Pong : KLPAC Wedding

The wedding of Karen and CP with Eventistry has marked a new milestone for us as it has been the most sustainable wedding that we have worked along so far. As both Karen and CP are environmentally-conscious, we decided to use more sustainable materials and opt out single-use items.

The decoration setting was in maroon, red, pink and white colour which reflected the couple’s oriental roots and upbringing. We created a wedding arch, a signing table, bride and groom chair decoration and chair flowers for the ceremony. The gold wedding arch was decorated with beautiful blooms of red, pink and white flowers and wrapped with red drape for an elegant touch. Signing table was paired with fresh blooms, candles and gold ornaments.

Later during the night, we reused the arch decor as photo booth backdrop at the dinner reception and the signing table was then turned into a cake table. Besides that, the chair flowers from morning ceremony had been repurposed to enhance the main table decoration at the reception! Keeping in mind that we should produce less waste while we worked towards an eco-friendly wedding for Karen and CP, we brought back all the fresh blooms and foliage when the wedding was over. We picked the good ones and made them into dried flowers so that they serve as another decoration:)

Other than this, the couple has gone extra miles to carry out sustainability on all their wedding elements.
